Event registration is complimentary for up to four health system purchasing executives from materials management and pharmacy. For executives that agree to exhibit and represent their hospital system by being present in their exhibit booth during Expo hours on Wednesday, September 5th, 2007, travel and lodging will be reimbursed if necessary. NCI will make your hotel accommodations and reimburse for travel after the event. If exhibiting, NCI agrees to provide the exhibit booth. By submitting this registration, you agree to attend and/or participate in all NCI educational programs and functions at the event. NCI will be incurring costs to ensure your participation and by submitting this form, you agree to participate or find a suitable replacement in the event that you are unable to attend.
